Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. (Please note: we do not dispatch orders on Sundays.)
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email.
  1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
  • We currently offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary by location and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances (seasonal demand, weather events, or carrier delays). Estimated delivery does not include the processing time.
  • For Same-Day deliveries, additional at actual charges would be levied and would be paid by the customer.
  1. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order’s weight and delivery destination.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 799/- (Domestic only). Any exception will be clearly shown at checkout.
  1. Delivery Locations
  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  1. Order Tracking
  • A tracking number and link will be provided via email/WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
  • Use the tracking link to monitor the shipment status directly with the courier.
  1. Delays & Service Issues
  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@rghmart.com or +91 90670 10055 and we will assist you.
  • Rolling Gourmet Hospitality LLP is not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or other events outside our control, though we will support you in resolving the issue.
  1. Damaged or Missing Packages
  • Damaged on delivery: If a package appears damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If you accept a damaged package, report it within 24 hours of receipt by emailing photos of the damaged item and packaging to hello@rghmart.com.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as lost or you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, contact us promptly. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Please report missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date for timely resolution.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • For returns, exchanges, and refunds related to shipped items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If a return is required due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  1. Delivery Instructions & Signature
  • Some shipments may require a recipient signature on delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, include them in the shipping address or notify customer support after placing the order; we will forward them to the courier where feasible.
